It means, that kycDAO can not DOXX any of it's members. Issuers of kycDAO are the parties who know about the user's identity and store personal information.

If data must be stored by kycDAO due to regulatory requirements it complies with the most stringent privacy regulations and security practices to ensure that our members privacy is protected and compliant.
